DEAR JOAN:�Please help with a struggle of mine. I have two hummingbird feeders that I keep out year-round, because they’re used year-round. When I worked and was up before dawn, I would bring the feeders in at night when the temperatures were hitting the mid-30s and below, then put them back out in the morning before the sun and hummers were up.
