I am suddenly fascinated with ruby-throated hummingbirds. I can't get enough of them. I set up a feeder about two weeks ago near my back porch and the appreciative hummers have been visiting ever since. What's really interesting is how some of them seem to have taken ownership of the feeder and actually chase others off it. I also can't believe how fast they're draining the feeder, which essentially is filled with a mixture I've prepared of one...
